Product Description
The classic elegance of the Stratford traditional wood mantel shelf fits many decorating styles. It features sweeping crown molding and a simple yet finely detailed bottom skirt. This floating shelf is perfectly styled for fireplaces or other rooms and is hand crafted by our skilled artisans. Top shelf now features a protective raised molding. All stain grade mantels are made from a combination of hardwoods and veneers. Paint grade product is made from solid poplar moldings and MDF which can be primed and painted.

I purchased this Mantel back in 2015 and absolutely love it!! It's nothing like the cheap ones you find at the big box stores. It's a high quality mantel...worth every penny. It hangs over my fireplace and looks beautiful. I would have a attached a picture, but I'm a little technically challenged.

We bought this mantel when we were renovating our fire place. Customer service was very pleasant when we called about tracking information. They were extremely friendly! We were very satisfied once we received the mantel. Very sturdy and well built. I can't wait till christmas so I can hang stockings on my new mantel. It is a wonderful focal point in our livingroom. I hung this mantel shelf over my 48" TV and the TV stand on which it is placed. It gives the illusion of having the TV in a cabinet, but in a much lighter setting. I placed a few of my favorite accessories on the shelf including a favorite piece of art. I wanted the TV to not be the center of attraction in our living room. I had sent for a wood sample to ascertain if it would blend with the TV cabinet before making my selection. The mantel shelf arrived in perfect condition and was super easy to hang (with the help of my son).
