We offer shelves in standard and custom lengths.  Our collection of standard lengths are a great value. If you need a custom length, we can accommodate that as well with our custom collection. These custom built fireplace mantel shelves can be made to a maximum shelf length of 96". Select from paint grade Poplar, Red Oak, Maple, Cherry, Walnut and Mahogany with paint and stain finishes available.  All wooden shelves are built to your exact specifications. Our shelves install easily and come with a mounting strip and instructions.

If you are concerned about the mounting process, it is as simple as three easy steps:

Step 1: Hold the shelf on the wall where you want it to be installed. Using a level, make sure the shelf is level.  Then mark the wall in the four instructed spots.

Step 2: Follow the instructions to make sure that the mounting strip is placed exactly where it needs to be. Then, predrill holes and use screws to attach the mounting strip to the wall.

Step 3: After the mounting strip is installed, slide shelf over the mounting strip.  You may want to add construction adhesive to the top of the mounting strip before you install the shelf by using six penny finishing nails.
