Product Description
The Pleasanton Custom Wood Cornices bring simple, understated elegance to your windows or doorways. Simply provide the opening dimensions to accommodate the door or window treatments, blinds, or other hardware to be covered with the Cornice and submit your order. We'll send you a diagram of the cornice for your approval before we put it into our production schedule. A cornice is also known as a valance.
All installation hardware and instructions are included. See diagram below for suggested methods to determine opening sizes.
Standard Pleasanton Cornice Dimensions
Standard Opening Depth is 4 1/2" but can be customized (either increased or decreased)
Overall Width at Top = Your Opening Width plus 7 1/4"
Overall Height = 8 3/4"
Depth at Top = Opening Depth plus 3 5/8"

Excellent craftsmanship

Quite impressed with the quality of the wood and white priming on our cornice. The quality of the craftsmanship was exceptional, something I would expect but is not used to seeing today. The only complaint would be a better explanation of where the screws go on the cornice. I was able to figure this out but only because I’m familiar wtlith construction

Ordered a large cornice for a 12 foot opening. Process of ordering and confirming was great and ensured everything was ordered correctly. It was received within the promised timeline and was one of the most secure and protected packages I have ever received. Perfect fit and is a great addition to our family room. Excellent workmanship!

I am very impressed with your products. I ordered three unfinished cornices for my windows and painted them white semi-gloss. They look absolutely beautiful and made a great improvement in my windows. The cornices were made with excellent quality of wood and workmanship. They were delivered and packed very well to avoid any damage. I asked my friend to help me install them since I needed an extra hand to hold the cornice while I screwed them down to the wall slat provided. Easy and a huge home improvement! I wish I had more windows so I could add more of the. PS - You don't have to be a handy tool man to install. I'm a lady who owns a drill and anyone could do this.
